Initiate Your Return

Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused snowboard or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
