How do I choose the right snowboard size for my height and weight?
Generally, a snowboard should reach between your chin and nose when standing on end. However, weight is the most important factor; heavier riders should opt for stiffer, longer boards, while lighter riders benefit from shorter, more flexible decks. Check our size chart on each product page for specific recommendations.
Do boards come pre-waxed and ready to ride?
Yes, all snowboards sold at Snowboards for Sale come with a factory wax and tuned edges. While they are ready to ride immediately, we recommend applying a hot wax after your first 2-3 days on the mountain for optimal glide.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or used on snow, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How long does shipping take and do you offer international delivery?
Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days. We do offer international shipping to select countries, though additional customs fees and longer transit times may apply.
Are bindings included with the purchase of a snowboard?
Unless specifically labeled as a 'Snowboard Package,' bindings are sold separately. This allows you to customize your setup based on your specific boot size and riding style.
What kind of warranty comes with my gear?
Most of our brands offer a 1 to 2-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover 'rock damage,' rail impact, or general wear and tear from normal use.
